"Wake-up Call"

Hello, Parents and Guardians.

On Tuesday, March 19 Waterford Union High School will be hosting “Wake-Up Call.”

“Wake-UP Call” is a life-size exhibit of a teen’s bedroom with more than 20 “red flags” that can signal drug or alcohol use. The bedroom identifies spots where teens may hide drugs, household items that can be used as drug paraphernalia and ways teens try to cover up drug and alcohol use. The presentation will also include a discussion about current trends seen with teen drug and alcohol use, and  conversation starters for parents to initiate discussions about peer pressure.

The show will start with a resource fair from 6:00-6:30 PM in the Commons and the presentation will begin at 6:30 PM in the Auditorium.

The show is free of charge!!

*Please note this presentation is for adults only (21 years of age and older).
