"RED OUT" on Feb. 14th for heart health awareness for the month of February

at the Girl’s Basketball Game
Waterford is proud to partner with the American Heart Association in holding our first annual Red Out event. You can do your part to build healthier lives free of cardiovascular disease and stroke during the game. At lunch we will be selling“Red Out” t-shirts for $10 and Red Hair Streaks for $10 (please make checks payable to the American Heart Association). See the table at lunch to buy a raffle ticket to compete in a half time Minute to Win it Game! You can also sign up for the raffle at the game. You could even win a prize from Won-a-go Biking!

OPEN ENROLLMENT APPLICATION PERIOD
February 6, 2012 until 4:00 p.m. February 24, 2012
Open Enrollment allows parents to apply for their children to attend school districts other than the one in which they live. Parents must submit application forms to the non-resident school district no earlier than February 6, 2012 and no later than 4:00 p.m. on February 24, 2012. No late applications will be accepted. A postmark does not meet this requirement.
The recommended method of applying for open enrollment is through the on-line application process at http://dpi.wi.gov/sms/psctoc.html. Otherwise, applications can be obtained from Waterford Union High School’s District Office.

AP® District Honor Roll
Waterford High School was one of only 367 schools nation-wide to be selected to the College Board’s prestigious “2nd Annual AP® District Honor Roll for Significant Gains in Advanced Placement® Access and Student Performance”
Waterford High School was selected because we increased participation in the AP program and well as improved the percentage of students passing exams.
